The table of the Lord represents the diligent care, concern which are the cherished objects of God`s divine love. We are in the midst of the evil forces that attempt to destroy us. Also we are confronted daily by Satan and surrounded by ungodly atmosphere. Yet our Lord prepares a table for us, with sufficient grace to live and rejoice in His presence.

We may have fellowship with God, and may eat at his table in faith, thanksgiving, hope and peace. A meal often expresses a bond of friendship. Constant fellowship with God helped to be content with the goodness we receive. We will not lack anything in our lives. Good shepherd is our provider and the one who cares for us even in times of personal hardships.

So we are the most blessed people to be in His table.
