Jesus Christ has given to us His power and authority over Satan and his schemes. In Luke 10:19 we find serpents and scorpions, that are terms representing the most dangerous forces of spiritual evil. Jesus promised true believers authority over the power of Satan. As we confront them we must break the power they want to exert over us and the others, by the intense power of Holy Spirit. (Luke 4:14_19) .In this way, we can be set free from the powers of darkness.

‎          Now we can see few aspects while using the authority. First we must stand against Satan according to the purpose of God. Secondly when Satan has a stronghold, we must be attacking and overpowering him by prayer and proclamation of the word of God and destroy weapons of demonic deception and temptation. Thirdly we must carry those who have been held captive by Satan`s power and give them over to God, so that they may receive forgiveness and be sanctified by Jesus Christ.

‎          Jesus Christ gives us the authority and power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. We have Dominion over all evil spirits because Christ has given us His power and Authority.

          Let God use everyone mightily for His Glory.
