Baptism in the Holy Spirit is not only for servants of God but for all men and women, who are saved and belong to God. We receive the Power and blessing of the Holy Spirit when it is poured on us. Only through this pouring we are able to be in the presence of God and that empowers us to do all that God wants us to do.

The first and the foremost to receive Holy Spirit is repentance, forgiveness of sins, and baptism in water. Jesus Christ himself was anointed by the spirit. He lives to pour forth the same spirit upon those who believe in him. In the book of Acts we find in chapter 4, all believers are filled with Holy Spirit. So multitudes of them were of one heart and one soul. Their hearts were renewed and they received the great power of the Holy Spirit. They were empowered and equipped for a new level in their mission.

In the same way God is moving right now in your lives to give a new heart, new Spirit, and greater power to reach higher levels in your lives.
