To bless means to praise God. We must praise and give thanks as believers. We must never forget God`s goodness to us and never fail to be thankful for His blessing showered upon us through the Holy Spirit.

The fall of Adam into sin led the human race into sin, sickness, and death. In Psalm 103, we find God`s blessing for us, forgiveness of our sins, gifts of redemption and eternal life only through forgiveness we are restored to God and redeemed from distraction. Healing comes from God and salvation that His name is made Holy always and to give thanks for his salvation. Let us show our gratitude for God`s care through our worship and praises.
